1. Agreement to Terms

  • In the event of a pricing error, Buzfi reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price, which Buzfi may accept or decline.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods supported in the app.

  • You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

  • Buzfi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in pricing or product information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Buzfi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, comments, or other content ("User Content") to Buzfi, you grant Buzfi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You agree not to submit User Content that is:

  • False, misleading, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

  • Obscene, abusive, or unlawful.

  • Advertising or unauthorized promotional material.

Buzfi reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Buzfi's systems, accounts, or data.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.

  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission.

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or abuse promotional offers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Buzfi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. BUZFI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buzfi, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

Buzfi may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Buzfi or other users.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Buzfi is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
